Prof. Dharmendra Kumar

Prof. Dharmendra Kumar had an eventful career in insurance spanning over thirty-six years and had recently retired from LIC as Executive Director. His expertise ranges from Personal Management and Industrial Relations to HRM/OD covering training teaching to organizational restructuring and structural designs. Prof. Dharmendra is an alumnus of Management Development Centre, ASCI Hyderabad; IIM, Lucknow and NIA, Pune. He had been faculty with MDC and NIA Pune. He had been a visiting faculty with various universities and management institutes. He currently serves as Dean, Insurance at the Birla Institute for Management Technology (G. Noida).
